I enjoy working with children, adolescents and adults, and treat a variety of issues, including anxiety, depression, stress management, low self-esteem, family conflict, relationship issues, and life transitions.
Empathetic and positive, I promote dignity and provide support, knowledge and resources to help clients bolster their autonomy to be the author of their own lives. My approach in working with individuals and families is strengths-based and collaborative. I recognize that everyone has unique needs and feel privileged to serve others. I believe that therapy should be a safe place to grow, learn, and achieve your goals.
My clients increase self-awareness and gain new perspectives. I offer strategies to decrease symptoms and increase personal strengths for a more meaningful life experience. My passion is to help those who are wounded, lost, lacking support, or seeking guidance to navigate life’s challenges by providing a warm and professional environment where you can begin your journey towards healing.
I draw from different counseling theories in order to meet my clients’ individual needs and help them achieve their personal goals. I am supervised by Casey Sarafinas, LPC.

More About Me:
I love all people and felt an early desire in life to serve others. Before focusing on my career, I took time to raise my children and believe this life experience has allowed me to develop and refine the level of maturity, patience, and empathy required to be a successful clinician.
