I enjoy working with children, adolescents, adults, the LGBTQIA+ community, and treat a variety of issues, including depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, family conflict, relationship issues, trauma, and life transitions. I am a PCI® certified parent coach. My certification training, along with my experience raising two teenage children, has given me the ability to support all parents, with a special interest in parents of children with autism. I draw from different counseling theories in order to meet my clients’ individual needs and help them achieve their personal goals.
In my sessions, I bring compassion, openness, and authenticity. I believe in the power of developing a trusting relationship and creating a warm, non-judgmental environment to facilitate growth and increase self-awareness. I enjoy working with clients who are motivated to change and have the desire to explore ways to find greater life satisfaction and happiness.
My office is an inclusive and welcoming space for all people. I practice under the supervision of Melanie Davis, LPC. I am dedicated to providing an atmosphere of warmth, genuineness, acceptance, and respect for each unique individual in order to encourage personal growth.

For nearly 20 years, my passion has been making a positive impact on others. Through my previous work in corporate and non-profit organizations, I have always centered my career around helping people. For the last four years, one of the highlights of my week has been volunteering at a preschool for at-risk families where I intuitively gravitate to the children who need a little extra help to succeed. I am also the proud owner of a Labrador Retriever named Olive who is a “therapy dog in training”.
