Business Professional Massage: A quick, relaxing stress relieving massage that is only hands, feet, and neck. (no disrobing, 30-45 minutes)
Deep Tissue: Focuses on realigning deeper layers of muscle and connective tissues. Deep tissue massage involves slow strokes with deep pressure.
Pain/Geriatric Management: Uses very light touches. Excellent for those suffering from rheumatoid arthritis, fibromyalgia, lyme disease, lupus, and cancer. Increases blood circulation, helping to prevent complications of diabetes such as leg ulcers or gangrene.
Pregnancy: Prenatal and postnatal massage utilizing pillows and bolstering to insure comfort and support. Helps improve circulation, lower anxiety, and improve sleep.
Reflexology: Targets point on your hands and feet that correlate to internal body systems. Uses pressure and massage to promote relaxation and stress relief. (30 minutes, no disrobing.)
Sports Massage: Targets athletes and allows for training with less injury.
Swedish: Increases the flow of blood and oxygen to all parts of the body to speed healing after an injury. Also enables muscles to release toxins like lactic acid, uric acid, and any metabolic waste, all of which can cause muscle stiffness, soreness and even muscle spasms.
Therapeutic Combination: Based specifically on the needs of the clients and specific areas of the body. Your technician will create a wellness plan combining a variety of modalities to meet your needs.
