Sarah Haug, PsyD
I am a clinical psychologist with over a decade of experience in psychotherapy and 30 years of work in the mental health field. I completed my doctoral internship in forensic assessment and psychotherapy and went on to fulfill my post-doctoral hours working with adult clients in community mental health. During this time, I began training in the area of treating psychological trauma, including EMDR.
A certified yoga instructor since 2013, I am currently completing my IAYT certification in yoga therapy, so that I will be able to effectively incorporate these integrative tools into my practice.
I am committed to a whole person, bio-psycho-social approach in my practice and seek to inspire change through respect and collaboration. My areas of specialty for psychotherapy include depression and mood disorders, anxiety disorders, trauma, and life transitions. I also provide psychological assessment for individuals ages 15 and up, including ADHD evaluations.
I enjoy travel and have been living abroad for the past 6 years. A few of my other interests are music (I play the cello), nature, kinesiology, art and reading. I also bring my experience of adaptation as an expat to my work.
At this time, I am treating clients via telehealth only.
